A tribute for pilots
Although Saint-Exupéry had already achieved legendary fame as an author during his lifetime, he saw himself as a professional pilot who only wrote books on the side. The reference IW377714 is an uncompromising toolwatch that is an indispensable instrument for pilots thanks to its perfect readability and reliability. Since the 1940s, the Schaffhausen-based manufacturer IWC has been dedicated to professional aviation. It has been producing timepieces that support pilots in timekeeping methods, some of which are vital for survival.
The launch of the Ref. IW377714 as the "Le Petit Prince" Edition is a perfect symbiosis of two world-famous institutions that are dedicated body and soul to aviation.
