We assume all the costs associated with the logistics and preparation of your watch for its new owner, as well as the inventory risks. The offer will therefore be lower than the commission one, but will give you a quick access to the amount of your sale.

Each watch presented to our experts is therefore the subject of a detailed evaluation taking into account all its own criteria. Your valuation (or the selling price we recommend) is then calculated on the basis of a realistic average of the current market.

When can I receive my payment
In case of a direct sale, we will make your payment as soon as our team of expert watchmakers has confirmed the authenticity of your watch.
In case of a sale by commission, the payment will be made to you as soon as the legal return period of 14 days comes to an end.
Where can I find the reference of my watch.
The reference of your watch is specific to its brand and allows you to confirm its model. Most of the time, it is mentioned on the warranty documents and/or engraved on the caseback.
Providing us with detailed photos of the caseback of your watch and its warranty document allows us to provide you with a faster and more efficient valuation. That is why we kindly ask you to include, if possible, the requested photos when you complete your form.
If you are unable to specify your reference, our experts will check it for you.
Can I safely share my watch information ?
At Chronext, your data is confidential and protected. We guarantee that they will never be sold or shared with third parties.
The information requested on your watch is only used to send you the most accurate and competitive offer possible.
How do you guarantee the safety of my watch?
In order to guarantee you full serenity and total security, we take care of the safe and assured transport of your watch to our premises. Your watch is then stored in a high security location until it is sold.
Regardless of the sales option chosen, we keep you informed of each step of the process.
Can I get my watch back when it's on commission?
Yes, you remain the owner of your watch until it is sold, and you can have it back at any time. It will be returned to you by a free secure transport within a few days.
If your request is made within the first 3 months, we will charge you a 199€ service and operating costs fee. Once this period is over, your watch will be returned to you free of charge, at any time.
If a service (which you have previously approved) has been carried out on your watch, we will charge you for it. However, you will still be able to benefit from the 2-year warranty we offer on our services.
