One of the biggest new additions to the Hublot models unveiled at LVMH Watch Week 2021 is three new colour variants for the Big Bang Integral. The watch, which features an integrated ceramic bracelet, was previously only available in black. For the 2021 model year, Hublot is launching the colours navy blue, grey and white. This makes the Big Bang Integral the first model to be made of navy blue ceramic.
The 42-millimetre Integral models feature the Unico 2 movement, the HUB1280. This manufacturer calibre is 1.3 millimetres thinner than its predecessor and features four new patented innovations:
- Oscillating seconds clutch
- Chronograph friction system with ball adjustment
- The retention system of the ratchet wheel with unidirectional wheels
- Fine adjustment system of the back system
Ceramic - The perfect material
Ceramic is a high-tech material whose creation has been perfected over the years and is particularly well suited to luxury watches. The material, which is used for numerous Hublot 2021 models, is particularly hard yet extremely light. The Classic Fusion Orlinski, also newly presented, features a ceramic dial for the first time. Thanks to its low thermal conductivity, ceramic offers a high level of wearing comfort, especially in the summer.
