A new chapter in the history of Rolex
In 2005, Rolex decided to revive the rectangular Prince. Treasured details like the manual wind calibre 7040, demonstrates the importance of history to the traditional manufacturer. The Rolex Cellini Prince (Ref. 54425, Ref. 54419, Ref. 54439) is manufactured exclusively from precious metals: yellow gold, white gold and Everose gold. The transparent case back allows the wearer to take a peek into the inside of the ornately crafted wristwatch. At the Baselworld Watch and Jewellery Show 2014, Rolex astounded once again by expanding the Cellini collection by three additional references: Cellini Time (Ref. 50505 and Ref. 50509), Cellini Date (Ref. 50515 and Ref. 50519), and Cellini Dual Time (Ref. 50525 and Ref. 50529).
The new Cellini wristwatches as well as the remarkable Prince are attractive alternatives to the Rolex classics like the GMT-Master II or the Datejust. With its high-grade workmanship and its first-class technology, the collection has found a way into the hearts of many watch enthusiasts.
